Daniel L. Smith

As founding member of the company Dan plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the company's real estate and business brokerage transaction management.  Dan provides his clients over twenty-five years of experience in leasing, acquiring or selling investment grade real estate and preparing businesses (and their real estate) for marketing and sale. Committed to providing a quality of service that is unsurpassed and his dedication to his client’s satisfaction will not be compromised.  Dan works directly with our clients to gain a thorough understanding of their long term investment needs or exit objectives and designs a strategy to meet those objectives. His personal attention to all details and global knowledge of the business world has enabled him to develop a network for brokerage services, sales and leasing across North America and Europe.  The expertise evaluation, lease negotiations and cost management has created an increased value in each of the portfolios managed. A graduate of Mercer University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently a member numerous national professional organizations.  Dan serves on the Board of Directors of Sheridan House Ministries and Knox Theological Seminary.

Theodore M. Moses

As co-founder of the company Ted oversees the operation of the company’s real estate investment management portfolio. Responsible for administration of each management assignment utilizing his twenty-five years of Real Estate experience.  Responsibilities include developing and implementing the management plan, working closely with the owners to assure compatibility with the stated objectives. “Hands-on Management” philosophy provides the ability to oversee all aspects of all facilities that have been entrusted to his care and provides project oversight management for any up-fitting or build-outs required by our clients.  Has extensive knowledge of all high tech building mechanical systems, vendor contract negotiation, security, environmental “Green Buildings” and facility maintenance. Ted is a graduate of Florida State University and a member of many local and national real estate organizations.

Staff Backgrounds

Simone Schimek

Simone's responsibilities as Operations Manager include: coordinating tenant billings, vendor payments, accounting and monthly report production.  Responsible for detailed documentation for each property including coordination of all vendor work schedules.  Simone graduated from Kennesaw State College with a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting.  She has been specializing in Real Estate and Property Management for over twenty years.

Stuart S. Morton

Stuart joined our firm fourteen years ago after a seventeen year career with Delta Air Lines as a manager providing a strong orientation in customer service/operations and as a manager with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line specializing in logistics. Since his entry into the Real Estate Industry, Stuart has been involved as a project coordinator in numerous tenant improvement projects.  Mr. Morton received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  He holds the GRI designation.
